Jefferson Township building offers a convenient, spacious hall to celebrate your special events for birthdays, reunions, graduations, ceremonies, receptions, and more!

Included is an outdoor pavilion, and for an additional fee, the garage area can also be rented June-September.

Included: 14 4’ round tables, 82+ folding chairs, 4 8' banquet tables, and 5 various sized tables for food service or other use.

 

WIFI is available!

 

The kitchenette has a full-sized range and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers.

 

Capacity is 75-100 people.

 

RENTAL FEES

 

Hall: Township residents: $100 per daily event rental. Non-residents: $125 per daily event rental.

Payment by cash, check, or money order.

Garage: $100 per daily rental June-September.

Damage deposit: $100. Deposit is refunded after return of the building key and inspection of the premises.

Print and complete this Hall Rental Agreement and mail or drop it off at the township hall.
